Best cup of tea while grinding — your go-to brew?

Off-topic but I'm genuinely curious: what are people drinking through a long session? I've moved off coffee after about 8pm because the heart rate was getting silly. Lately it's strong builders' tea with a splash of milk. Anyone else have a non-alcoholic ritual that actually works for staying focused without ruining your sleep?

Yorkshire Gold, two bags, brewed strong, splash of oat milk. Switch to redbush after 11pm because the caffeine in regular tea will wreck your sleep more than people realise.

Decaf Earl Grey after 9pm and a pint of water in between. Boring answer but the hydration matters more than the warm drink imo — dehydration is what tilts most people late session, not the missing caffeine.

Aside: my late-night ritual is a builders' brew and a couple of low-stake spins on Tenobet or whichever non-UKGC site happens to have a sensible reload offer that week. Keeps things slow and cheap.
